People in Bradford told to 'belt up'

Special constables in the city ran a three-day initiative last week designed to promote road safety.
During Operation Salter, 19 people received £30 fines for not wearing seatbelts.
In addition to this, two drivers received £60 fines and three penalty points for using a mobile behind the wheel.
Another motorist who did not have car insurance, had his vehicle seized, was given a £200 fine and six penalty points and will have to appear in court.
Inspector Esther Hobbs said it is vital for people to wear seatbelts on the road.
She added: "The least that can happen is we will catch up with you and give you a fixed penalty notice, but the worst that can happen is that you or your passengers could die."
Drivers who receive a motoring conviction and points on their licence could see the cost of their over-50s car insurance rise.
