Audis 'could reduce car insurance claims'
Car Insurance News - Published: 28/01/2009

The marque has been named as the winner of the 2009 What Car?/Thatcham Security Award for the second year in a row.
Motors in the competition were examined on a range of criteria, using the Thatcham Vehicle Security Assessment, which looks into a motor's security levels - and its resistance to theft by a criminal.
Vehicle security manager at Thatcham Mike Briggs said Audi should be "heartily congratulated" for its work, especially since 2009 represents the second year it has won the accolade.
Jon Zammett, head of public relations at the marque, added: "We are delighted that the excellent security credentials of the Audi range have yet again been recognised by both What Car? and Thatcham."
Audi traces its history back to 1899.
