Fire service visit could reduce number of home insurance claims

The West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service will be giving residents information as part of a multi agency day of action, to target criminals, help people back into work and improve the appearance of the area.
Airedale and north Bradford police and Bradford city council are hosting the event in the Bolton Woods area of Shipley.
One of the organisers, Acting Inspector Andy Croasdale of the Shipley Neighbourhood Police Team, said: "We are aware that the Bolton Woods area is one which needs support so we have put together this day of action to help residents in a number of ways."
In other home insurance news, moneysupermarket.com has revealed people living in properties in Doncaster and Bristol are most likely to make a claim for theft or burglary.
