Households urged to check security

Speaking to the Chester Evening Leader, Carlotta Ercolani, 31, said she and her boyfriend Christian Dunn, 27, had been at home when a thief entered their house on Saturday.
Mr Dunn was able to chase the intruder away, but Ms Ercolani said they were both "really shook up" over the incident.
She told the newspaper that the backdoor had been open and it was possible to see inside from the back gate.
"There are a lot of elderly people around this area so I think it's really important that everyone has another look at how secure their home is to prevent anything like this from happening in the future," Mr Ercolani remarked.
Police in Yeovil recently urged homeowners to fit locks and install alarms and security lights to deter thieves from burgling their homes, the Yeovil Express reports.
Such measures could prevent people from having to claim on their home insurance.
