Police warning issued over diesel thefts

Local police are urging businesses to check their security measures after fuel worth hundreds of pounds were stolen from commercial vehicles in Pudsey, Bramley and Stanningley.
Inspector Tom Horner of the West Outer Neighbourhood Policing Team, said local transport firms to ensure their security measures are "as robust as they can be".
He commented: "Firms need to think about their working practices. Could they fill their vehicles first thing in the morning and therefore not leave them as sitting targets overnight?"
Inspector Horner also suggested firms consider installing CCTV cameras to help police capture those responsible.
Earlier this month, police in Halifax appealed for information after a man stole keys to a white Ford Transit van from a shop and drove off in it, the Halifax Courier reports.
