Secrets to stress-free driving

According to the survey, playing I-spy, singing and car spotting can all result in a stress-free car journey, Carpages.co.uk reports.
The research also found travel sickness can be avoided by taking breaks and opening windows.
In addition, the survey revealed 44 per cent of motorists prepare their journey beforehand, by checking driving regulations and finding travel tips.
Tom Middleditch, marketing manager for the car rental company, told the site drivers should practise some of the games and tips suggested by the survey.
"Our survey shows that sometimes the old ones really are the best with I-spy still the top in-car entertainment. In today's stressful world, the big summer break is more important than ever but making sure everyone is happy and comfortable can be a major challenge," he said.
Should motorists travel with less stress then it could result in fewer accidents and as a result reduced car insurance premiums through fewer claims.
In 2007, research from Trafficmaster found one in four motorists in the UK believe driving is the most stressful thing they do.
