Guidance for financial services professionals
Published: 27/03/2008

The event, at the home of Manchester United Football Club, will provide expert advice and guidance for people working in the sector.
It has been organised by the ifs School of Finance, which endeavours to improve understanding of financial products.
"This event follows on from previous successful skills exchange days held at both Chelsea and Arsenal football grounds and promises to be the most inspiring to date," said Karen Warden, head of executive education at the ifs School of Finance.
"We are delighted to have so many leaders in their respective fields coming together to impart their knowledge to those working in the financial services industry."
Last summer's floods highlighted the need for better financial education.
The insurance industry is under pressure to do more to reach out to those people who have no home contents cover, either because they cannot afford it or do not appreciate how important it is.
